Johel (DOB: 3/5/13) has a warm smile and is always happy. He makes others happy too with his warm gestures and sweet talks. For him, cricket is everything. From morning to night, he likes to talk about and play cricket. He also loves to go to school and is bright and studious. He is the second child of his parents. He has one elder sister and one younger brother. The housing condition where he lives is very bad. There is no toilet, no running water and no kitchen. In one small room, the family of five sleep, cook, eat and study. They go to the field for defecation. There is one common water tap in the community. Daily, in the morning and in the evening, for 2-3 hours, the water comes. During this time, they need to collect and keep the water in pots and drums; if they miss it, they will not have water. Such is the situation. Johel helps his mother in carrying water. She is a homemaker. His father is a shoemaker and wants to give their children a good education, but he can hardly afford the school supplies and fees. His job is unstable and income is very low. His mother sometimes helps her husband stitch shoes.
