‌Sheelesh (7/14/17)

Sheelesh (DOB: 7/14/17) is the third child of his parents. Altogether they are four children: two girls and two boys. They are going through a very tough time. His father is working in a marble factory where toys and kids' clothes are made. He drinks alcohol daily and abuses the children and mother, making their lives miserable. Many times they have to escape him and take shelter in their neighbor's house until he goes to sleep. There is no peace and harmony in the family. On top of this, his mother suffers from kidney stones. Due to financial problems in the family, she cannot go for treatment or an operation and has to suffer. His father hardly brings his earnings home and is not at all concerned about what his family eats or wears. Sheelesh is a quiet and obedient boy and he is good at sports. Because of his father's behavior, his friends tease him which has made him pull away from others. He is enrolled in school but misses school most of the time. On the other hand, he has a big dream of working in the Army when he grows up. His mother humbly requests help.
